AIS Staff for desktop support   AIS Help Desk supports campus (and associated UC) users of all AIS-supported central administrative applications, such as General Ledger, Purchasing/BruinBuy, Payroll/EDB, Student Records, Grad and Undergrad Admissions, and Financial Aid Management, among others. We support the technical issues related to accessing and using these systems from on campus or from home. (Central campus administrative offices provide functional support for the applications.) In addition to supporting these applications, we also provide assistance for remote printing from the AIS mainframe, obtaining an AIS account, password problems, and general questions about AIS applications and technology. We also manage both the CSC email list and the emergency email list. We provide triage support for the AIS LAN and the Chancellor's Office LAN.     2/27/04
